- The full conference fee includes the conference programme for three days and the social events (arrival event, welcome reception and conference dinner) as well as lunches and coffee/tea each day.
- The Doctoral Day fee includes the doctoral workshop on 10 May and the conference programme on 11-122 May and the social events (arrival event, welcome reception and conference dinner) as well as lunches and coffee/tea each day.
- The full conference fees (non-member categories) include ECSB membership for a year.
- Non-member fees for participants from developing countries – see list of eligble countries for discounted fee.
- Memberships will be activated after the conference.

- If you have a valid ECSB membership, you are entitled to the member fee. You can check your membership status by contacting the ECSB secretariat on info@ecsb.org.
- PDW Day fee includes the conference programme and lunch + coffee/tea on Wednesday 10 May as well as arrival event on Tuesday and welcome reception on Wednesday evening.
Guest Registration
Conference registrants may register accompanying guests for the conference dinner on Thursday evening. Guest Registration does NOT include attendance to the conference programme. The fee for accompanying guest is EUR 94. To register a guest, choose “Accompanying Guest” option from the “Type of Registration” in the online registration system.
Cancellation policy
Registrations cancelled more than 20 days before the event (before 20 April 2023) will be refunded 100% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled less than 20 days before the event (after 20 April 2023) will not be eligible for a refund.
